Franchise operations
At its core, Hopp is a software company providing tools for entrepreneurs who want to run their own mobility services. We developed an admin suite where franchise owners can operate every aspect of their business, including analyzing demand, and adding parking stops and new vehicles.
The mobile app
Our mobile app is the main touchpoint for both customers and the staff managing the vehicles.
The whole tech stack is built on TypeScript and uses a mono-repo to move quickly as a small team. The rental process quickly became complicated, and we leveraged state machines to manage the logic separately from the UI. The same GraphQL API is used by the customer app, driver app and the admin dashboard.
